We put a lot of time and care into keeping our Superhost status. We wanted our listing to reflect that same care.

After studying many listings, we began to see how much a first impression depends on photos. A clearer angle, thoughtful styling, the right cover image—small choices can help guests notice what makes a place worth a closer look.

We brought that research together with our hosting experience and what we learned from Superhost guides to build Stay Makeover: better photos and practical listing advice, so more hosts can present their spaces well without doing all that research themselves.

What do I get for free?

One enhanced photo and three personalized recommendations for your photos, title and listing. Each listing gets one free finished photo, with human review before delivery. Free requests do not include unlimited variations or revisions; if an image fails our quality check, we rework it before delivery.

Do I need new photos or a renovation?

Start with what you have. We look for opportunities in your existing photos and listing. A makeover can improve exposure, color, composition and copy while keeping your actual space and amenities intact.

Which photo will you improve?

We start with the preview photo associated with your Airbnb link. It may differ from the first photo on your listing. We enhance that one photo; choosing a new cover and ordering your gallery are part of our Full Gallery package. If we can’t retrieve the preview, your private progress page will ask you to upload a listing photo.

What happens after my free upgrade?

You keep your enhanced photo and all three recommendations. Choose Photo Starter ($19.90 for 5 additional photos), Full Gallery ($49 for 15 additional photos), or Listing Makeover ($149 for Full Gallery plus rewritten title, description and key captions, with one revision round). Market research is a separate $249 service; personalized host playbooks are quoted after scoping. These are planned one-time prices in USD. Paid packages aren’t open for purchase yet; register your interest to hear when they become available. There’s no obligation to upgrade.

What does the market plan include?

We compare five relevant nearby listings and turn the findings into ten priorities for your property: positioning, nightly-rate strategy, amenities, room improvements and specific items to consider. Available AirDNA insights can inform the analysis; data coverage is confirmed before you order. This is a one-time plan, not ongoing price management.

How is my host playbook personalized?

Your host playbook turns your Airbnb hosting history and house information into personalized SOPs and ready-to-use message templates—from check-in to issue handling. We identify recurring guest questions and problems, then build the playbook around how you actually host, with a scope and quote agreed before we begin. Remove guest names, contact details and access codes before sharing. You receive editable documents to use in your existing tools.

What happens after I submit my link?

We ask for your email, save your request and check your listing before preparing your free photo and recommendations. This is a AI-enhanced service, not an instant photo generator. If we need the original photo or cannot access your listing, we’ll contact you. The sample action plan is a separate illustration; it is not an analysis of your listing.

Do I have to subscribe to marketing emails?

No. Your email is needed to deliver your photo and recommendations. Hosting tips and offers are a separate, optional subscription. The box starts checked; you can untick it, and marketing requires a separate email confirmation. You can unsubscribe from marketing without cancelling your free upgrade.

A clear purpose

We use Vercel Web Analytics on our public landing page to understand visits and whether visitors start or complete a request. These analytics do not use cookies. We do not include your email, listing link, photo, or private result token in analytics events; private result and email-preference pages are not tracked.

If you register interest in a paid package, we save your email, selected package, displayed price and request date so we can contact you about its availability. This does not place an order or subscribe you to general marketing emails.

Stay Makeover stores your listing link, email address, photo permission and request date to prepare and deliver your free photo upgrade and recommendations. Submissions are processed automatically. We may retrieve the public preview photo associated with your listing link and send the photo to our image-processing provider to prepare an enhanced photo and personalized recommendations. Your email is not sent to the image model.

Marketing is optional. We save your checkbox preference and the wording shown. The box is preselected, so keeping it checked records interest, not confirmed marketing consent. Hosting tips and offers require a separate email confirmation. Delivery-related messages do not require marketing consent.

Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to a Stay Makeover delivery email to request removal of your details. Guest chat history is not collected by this form.

Your information is stored with our website hosting provider and is not displayed publicly. It is used for your request and the optional emails you choose.
